**The Use, Rules, and Conditions of Services Provided By “Great Game”**

In order to use the Service, you must first register. The Services are intended only for individuals who are 13 years of age or older. If you are under the legal age to form a binding contract, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has verified and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

As a result, Great Game has no control over the truth, accuracy, quality, legality, or security of messages made by players using the Services. Great Game is not responsible for confirming the identity of players. Great Game is also not responsible for confirming or verifying the qualifications, background, or abilities of players using the Services. You should use common sense at all times when dealing with a player using the Services.

**Assumption of Risk:**

I confirm my understanding of the physical requirements associated with the program, event, or activity in which I am choosing to participate. I attest that I am in good physical condition and have not received any conflicting advice from a qualified medical professional.

I acknowledge and fully comprehend that participating in this program, event, or activity involves inherent risks, encompassing, but not limited to, serious injury, permanent disability, death, property loss, and significant social and economic losses. These risks may manifest due to various factors, including, but not limited to: (a) the actions, inactions, or negligence of the organizing entity (Great Game App), other participants, volunteers, spectators, coaches, event officials, referees, and organizers; (b) conditions of the premises, facilities, or equipment used; (c) rules of play; (d) weather conditions; (e) the skill, ability, and condition of other participants, along with their adherence to the rules, regulations, terms, and conditions for participation; and (f) vehicular traffic. (g), actions or behavior of third parties not directly associated with the organized event (h), any post-registration changes or alterations to the program, event, or activity (i), the presence of animals or wildlife in the vicinity of the event (j), potential exposure to allergens or environmental factors affecting my well-being (k), use of electronic or communication devices by participants during the event (l), technical malfunctions or failures related to equipment or technology utilized in the program, event, or activity (m), the adequacy of any medical facilities or emergency services available during the event (n), and any other factors or circumstances beyond the control of the organizing entity (Great Game App) that may pose a risk to my well-being (o). Additionally, I acknowledge that there may be other risks that are presently unknown or unforeseeable.

I am aware that the organizing entity (Great Game App) cannot eliminate these risks, and no assessment of my skill level or ability has been made by the organizing entity (Great Game App) before my participation. Consequently, the organizing entity (Great Game App) cannot guarantee my personal health or safety during my involvement in the programs, events, or activities. Despite these considerations, I knowingly, intelligently, and voluntarily assume all such risks, whether known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, foreseeable or unforeseeable, even if arising from the negligence of the organizing entity (Great Game App) or others. I willingly accept full responsibility and liability for my participation.

**CODE OF CONDUCT:**

Users are responsible for their own safety, well-being, and compliance with the terms and conditions outlined in this app. This includes, but is not limited to, adherence to safety guidelines, accurate payment information, and compliance with event rules.

As a participant in the events organized through this app, you are expected to adhere to the following Code of Conduct to ensure a positive and safe environment for all users:

Safety First; Prioritize safety during games. Follow safety guidelines, use appropriate equipment, and report any unsafe conditions or behavior promptly to event organizers.

Fair Play; Play the game fairly and in the spirit of friendly competition. Refrain from any form of cheating, unsportsmanlike conduct, or aggressive behavior.

Inclusivity and Diversity; Embrace and respect the diversity of participants, including differences in age, gender, skill level, and background. Avoid discriminatory or offensive behavior and language.

Communication and Cooperation; Communicate effectively and cooperatively with teammates, opponents, and event officials. Foster a positive and collaborative atmosphere during games.

Alcohol and Substance Use; Refrain from the use of alcohol, illegal substances, or any performance-enhancing drugs during events. Participate with a clear and sober mind to ensure the safety of yourself and others.

Environmental Respect; Respect the environment and facilities used for events. Dispose of waste properly and avoid any actions that may damage the premises.

Privacy and Consent; Respect the privacy and consent of others. Avoid taking photographs or videos without permission, and refrain from sharing personal information without consent.

Conflict Resolution:

In the event of conflicts or disagreements, address them in a respectful and constructive manner. Report serious issues to event organizers or app administrators for resolution.

Prompt Arrival and Participation; Arrive on time for scheduled events and actively participate throughout the duration of the game. Notify event organizers in advance if you are unable to attend.

Zero Tolerance for Harassment; Harassment of any form, including verbal, physical, or online, will not be tolerated. Report any incidents promptly to event organizers or app administrators for immediate action.

Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary actions, including warnings, suspension, or expulsion from events. The app reserves the right to enforce these measures to maintain a positive and inclusive community. By participating in events, you agree to uphold this Code of Conduct and contribute to a safe and enjoyable experience for all users.
